SEAMLESS SCULPT SUSTAINABLE

In this first drop, our Sustainable Seamless Sculpt capsule, we worked with a Portuguese company that has been specializing in 3D seamless production for several years..

Seamless knitting is a technological development that allows an entire garment to be made without seams. The production itself is designed as a sustainable process, as it has been designed to virtually eliminate the generation of waste during the manufacturing process and also the number of people and processes involved in its creation, as the fabric and the product are made at the same time at the same time.

This factory we are talking about is called Ditchil and is located in Barcelos (Portugal), one of the most important traditional textile centers in the country and which stands out in the transformation work that the entire Portuguese industry is doing to position itself as a standard bearer of quality production with sustainability criteria.
